1. Open your phone's settings, either by opening the 'Settings' app or swiping down on the navigation bar and tapping the settings cog. (click for image)

2. Select the ‘Accounts’ option. This can sometimes be called ‘Cloud and Accounts’ or ‘Backup and Accounts’, so long as it has that ‘Accounts’ keyword. (click for image)

3. Select the ‘Add Account’ option at the bottom of the list. (click for image)

4. Select the 'Exchange' account type. (click for image)

5. Enter your email address and tap 'Next' (click for image)

6. Enter your password and tap 'Next'

Done! You now have your email available on your phone. (click for image)
