1. If you have Outlook installed and it opens directly to your mailboxes, go to File > Info > Add Account, and then skip to step 4. (click for image)
2. If you have Outlook installed and it opens to this window asking you to set up a mailbox, click 'Next'. (click for image)
3. Select 'Yes' and then click 'Next'. (click for image)
4. Select 'Email Account' and fill in your name, email address, and email password in the labelled fields before clicking 'Next'. (click for image)
5. You may get a popup requesting permission to manage your mailbox from Outlook - please make sure the checkbox is ticked, and click 'Allow'. (click for image)
6. If you get a popup asking for your password again please enter it and make sure the checkbox is ticked before clicking 'OK', then 'Finish'. (click for image)
